Join us for fun and friendly weekly training sessions, to help you get fit, improve your stroke technique, master diving and tumble turns, develop strength and stamina, and enjoy playing water polo and water volleyball.
The hour training sessions will include stroke technique work, drills, speed and endurance work. 4 different lane abilities and programmes. Varied programmes each week to help build fitness, strength, and improve stroke technique.
